Here is our big, brave soldier ready to battle numerous mice in this year's production of the Nutcracker Ballet. Today was dress rehearsal. Even though there was mass chaos involved with getting the TWO casts in costume and through the scene, D was able to keep her head in the game and perform the routine splendidly. She will participate in two performances on Dec 5th and then another performance on Dec 19th. This experience of being part of a large production has definitely taught her to have an abundance of patience along with honing her listening skills.

Dum dee, dum dee, dum dee - here come the soldiers to vie in fierce combat with the dreaded mice. D, you are the cutest German gingerbread soldier I have ever seen. Have fun with your performance.
