P shined as she took to the ice in her second figure skating competition. Her routine changed a bit - adding a combination jump and fine tuning her arms and movements. She looked absolutely beautiful on the ice, full of grace and yet very spunky.
She competed against 4 other girls and was awarded 2nd place. We feel she completed a gold medal performance!

nice work! my daughter just competed in her first skating competition this weekend (Palm Sunday) -- she also got 2nd! She skated at the basic 8 level. What level is your daughter?
Hi Ethelapple, Thanks for following my blog. Thanks also for the compliment on P's skating. She is competing at the Limited Beginner level - which as far as I can figure out is Freestyle Level 3-6. I watched your daughter's skating video and she did wonderfully! Congratulations to her too!
